(1) Vendor needs to provide outsourced landscaping services to the government authority located in Casa Grande, AZ. – Landscaping services, including mowing all lawn and turf areas, removing debris and trash, and blowing or sweeping all paved paths and adjacent sidewalks. – Provide weed control services using chemical and mechanical methods, including the removal of weeds and intrusive grasses in all medians, easements, retention areas, native vegetation strips, and planting areas, as well as applying pre–emergent treatments as needed. (2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 10, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025.
