A government authority in California is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for comprehensive outsourced IT services. The required scope includes IT helpdesk support with defined response times, onboarding and offboarding of employees, and the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures manuals.
The selected provider will also supply on-site technical support Mondays to Thursdays from 9 am to 12 pm.
