(1) Vendor needs to provide outreach services. – Supplement and assist with the implementation of a comprehensive community outreach strategy that improves awareness of entities.– Identifying, attending, and/or hosting community events, workshops, health fairs, and pop–up resource events in collaboration with trusted organizations, in turn serving and/or translating for target population.– Developing and implementing strategies to reach residents in nontraditional settings • Experience in grassroots, community–based outreach • Culturally and linguistically appropriate engagement strategies– Assisting, as needed, in gathering information from the target communities, evaluating the community/communities’ interactions and engagements with the healthcare district’s entities and providing feedback on the services and engagement opportunities provided by the healthcare district.– Applying trauma–informed, culturally responsive outreach practices that promote trust and reduce stigma around seeking health care.– Promoting participation in the healthcare district’s programs, services, and public engagement opportunities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 20, 2026.
