Vendor needs to provide outreach services. The contractor must focus marketing efforts on special targeted populations and income–eligible individuals. The contractor must ensure services are available state–wide and may utilize subcontractor relationships approved by the department to ensure state–wide coverage. The contractor must ensure all marketing material is approved by the department before it can be released to the public and disseminated or used in any public capacity. Conducting outreach in appropriate languages where potentially eligible limited English proficient populations reside or gather. Conduct outreach and educational workshops with community–based human or social services agencies and providers at their locations. The contractor must ensure application assistance and outreach materials are available and promoted at the following locations which include, but are not limited to: Social media, wellness fairs, booths at farmers' markets and farm stands, food pantries, soup kitchens, senior congregate meal centers.
