The agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide outreach marketing services in support of its child support program. The selected firm will assist in implementing the program’s outreach plan, focusing on objectives such as increasing the child support caseload and raising community awareness about available services.
Responsibilities include the consistent use of branding elements such as logo, theme, color scheme, and style across all promotional materials—ranging from advertising, flyers, and postcards to online advertisements and other outreach channels. Additional tasks involve producing or updating digital marketing content for platforms like Spotify, movie theatres, and television, as well as securing event materials for statewide promotional giveaways and placing professional advertisements throughout Wyoming to increase referrals.
The vendor will also manage all social media platforms, serving as the main contact for advertising channels, and produce two poster designs for use in offices statewide. All advertising and outreach efforts should effectively reach the target audience and support the program’s goals. The contract will run for a one-year period.
