The Outreach Initiative Program seeks a vendor to provide program services aimed at increasing public access to artistic and cultural expression. This initiative allocates public funds to support regional touring and outreach activities that allow individuals to experience diverse forms of art and culture.
The selected vendor will be responsible for organizing and facilitating outreach activities targeted toward underserved communities. These include, but are not limited to, rural and geographically disadvantaged populations, socio-economically disadvantaged groups, programs for disadvantaged youth, Native or immigrant populations, and individuals with varying abilities. The ultimate goal is to ensure that a wider range of residents can participate in and engage with the arts and cultural events.
All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than April 27, 2026.

• Proven track record working with underserved, rural, or disadvantaged communities
