(1) Vendor needs to provide outreach, engagement, reduction education and solid waste recycling consultant service. • Solid waste educational and engagement services; which includes preparing and developing communication plans, outreach activities and materials relating to waste reduction, bear–aware best practices, recycling and environmental awareness. • Implement a community–based education, outreach, and engagement program with measurable outcomes that support programs and services while raising awareness about the importance of waste reduction and diversion. • Develop targets for the program and methods to collect data that will measure program success. • Summarize education/communication/marketing methods that could be implemented, their relative costs and expected success rate for each audience/group. • Media programs including local news and radio. • Online or in–person educational sessions with schools, community groups and businesses. – Develop memorable and relatable messaging materials and graphics for the following functions: • Social media platforms (engaging and creating messaging and campaigns) • Print and radio messaging • Provide annual report with summary of program activities, successes/challenges, and reach statistics, including recommendations for future program adjustments, expansion, and strategies. • Increase awareness and use of existing programs and facilities for re–using, reducing and recycling waste products (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 23, 2025.
