The State of Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide outreach and technical assistance services to support community-based organizations in their pursuit of grant funding. The vendor will be responsible for developing and delivering workshops tailored to the specific needs of these organizations, with a focus on funding opportunities relevant to their missions.

As part of this engagement, the selected vendor will offer technical assistance to help groups strengthen their grant writing skills and prepare strong, competitive applications. Regular participation in group meetings will be required to coordinate efforts with other technical assistance providers and to ensure that support is consistently aligned with the goals of all participating organizations.

Additionally, the vendor will be tasked with distributing outreach and training materials that are culturally relevant, accessible, and, whenever possible, tailored to the communities being served. All materials and event branding must include the logos of DNR, EPA, NOAA, and the Trust.
