A qualified vendor is sought to provide outreach and technical assistance services aimed at educating communities in Washington about shoreline impacts and restoration efforts. The primary objectives include raising awareness about the negative effects of shoreline armoring, supporting the restoration of sediment transport processes, and enhancing nearshore habitats for fish and wildlife.

The selected vendor will deliver effective education and outreach initiatives on topics such as coastal processes, the consequences of shoreline hardening, nearshore ecology, stewardship practices, restoration techniques, and available alternatives to hard shoreline structures. Responsibilities will include developing workshop materials and presentations, as well as conducting outreach through methods such as workshops, community beach walks, and the creation of informational brochures related to shoreline stewardship.
