(1) Vendor needs to provide outreach and technical assistance service. • Provide awareness and reduce negative impacts of shore armor on sound shorelines, restore sediment transport processes and improve nearshore habitats for fish and wildlife • Provide effective education and outreach assistance to the program about coastal processes, impacts of shoreline hardening, general nearshore ecology, stewardship, nearshore restoration techniques, and alternatives to hard armor. • Develop workshop materials/presentations • Outreach will be conducted through workshops, community beach walks, and/or other methods such as creation of Shore Friendly related brochures
