The project is seeking a qualified service provider to enhance outreach and business community engagement for business incubators in Moldova. The primary objective is to improve the ability of incubators to proactively identify and engage potential beneficiaries, with a strong focus on women involved in agriculture and related value chains.

Key responsibilities include delivering hands-on guidance and field-based training to incubator teams on effective outreach methodologies, beneficiary identification, and approaches for engaging business communities. The service provider will also assist in mapping local opportunities, identifying underserved women entrepreneurs—including those working informally—and expanding the local networks and communities associated with the incubators.

Additionally, the advisor will be expected to develop an Outreach Framework by reviewing and refining existing outreach practices, communication channels, and community engagement mechanisms. Activities will also involve direct engagement methods such as community mapping, door-to-door outreach, on-site consultations, and event co-organization to implement and practice outreach strategies in real-life settings. Strengthening the incubators’ databases with new local business contacts, especially women-led agri-businesses, forms an important part of this initiative.
