The Town of Islip, New York, is seeking a vendor to provide outdoor movie series presentation services. The selected provider will collaborate with the town to deliver a weekly summer movie series, as well as individual movie events in the spring, fall, and winter. Each movie will commence at dusk and will run no longer than three hours.
The town anticipates showing approximately ten movies per season, with the flexibility to add or remove titles as required. The service contract will span two years, and providers must be able to support all aspects of the film presentation for the scheduled events.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 12, 2026, to discuss the requirements and answer potential bidders’ questions.
