(1) Vendor needs to provide organizational continuity and resiliency strategic engagement service– The Agency is seeking a multi-levelled effort to engage a strategic Consultant for recommendations and deliverables relating to Organizational Transformation, Technical Pilot for Continuity and Resiliency and an optional organizational-wide Continuity and Resiliency Phase 2 effort. The selected Consultant will assist in enhancing the Port’s preparedness and response capabilities across cyber, operational, and technological domains. • Developing a Port-wide technology risk management strategy aligned with industry standards. • Assessing and improving incident response protocols. • Creating a scalable framework of continuity and resilience processes and templates. • Implementing integrated business and technical continuity plans for the selected Pilot Mission Essential Function (MEF). • Tasks and Deliverables • Project Management Delivery and Oversight • Project Methodology and Planning. – Collaborate with Port Program Manager and Project Managers(PMs) to review Project management methodologies and best practices to be used for full-scope delivery. – Schedule Development and Management. – Utilize Microsoft Project for schedule development and management, and SharePoint for secure storage of all schedule artifacts and deliverables (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 29, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre-bid meeting will be held on January 27, 2026.
