Vendor needs to provide oracle utilities customer cloud migration transition assessment and readiness services. Transition assessment and readiness services for migration to oracle utilities customer cloud service is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide professional services to assess the readiness of business and technical units for a transition from the existing oracle utilities customer care and billing and oracle utilities meter data management platforms to the latest version of oracle utilities customer cloud service. This is a modern, cloud–based, meter–to–cash platform and requires a vendor capable of guiding all business units through the transition, identifying gaps, recommending mitigation, and providing a migration strategy, cost estimate, and schedule.
