Transition assessment and readiness services for migration to oracle utilities customer cloud service is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide professional services to assess the readiness of business and technical units for a transition from the existing oracle utilities customer care and billing and oracle utilities meter data management platforms to the latest version of oracle utilities customer cloud service. This is a modern, cloud–based, meter–to–cash platform and requires a vendor capable of guiding all business units through the transition, identifying gaps, recommending mitigation, and providing a migration strategy, cost estimate, and schedule.
