(1) Vendor needs to provide oracle reporting and analytics solution– Oracle’s native tools will serve many reporting functions; however, the district is evaluating third–party solutions to enhance analytics, visualization, legacy data access, and enterprise–wide decision–making capabilities.– Agency is issuing this RFP to select a qualified vendor who can provide an Oracle–compatible Business Intelligence (BI) and Reporting platform– The goals for this initiative include: - Delivering a consolidated reporting environment for Oracle Fusion Cloud and legacy data provided from our data warehouse. - Enabling self–service analytics for functional teams with strong governance controls. - Reducing dependence on IT for standard or recurring operational reports. - Providing advanced visualization, dashboarding, and drill–down capabilities. - Ensuring secure and compliant reporting across Finance, HR, Payroll, Budget, Procurement, and other operational areas. - Supporting district–level and school–level reporting needs, including high–volume users– Technical Requirements- Full compatibility with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM - Ability to ingest and report from multiple data sources, including:– Oracle Fusion Cloud REST o GCSD Data Warehouse (future state: Oracle Cloud ADW–driven)- Web–based platform accessible without local software installations - Strong security model including role–based access, SSO (ADFS), audit trails, preferably with ability to inherit some security from Fusion or OCI.– Functional Requirements- Development of dashboards, analytics, and standardized reports - Custom report building - Ad hoc self–service reporting for power users - Pixel–perfect financial documents - Automated scheduling and distribution– Implementation Services- Project management and coordination with GCSD’s Oracle Implementation project team - Ability to implement within the Oracle Implementation Project timeline (Preferably a timeline estimate) - Requirements workshops - Technical d
