A government authority in New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide Oracle Fusion mass updates and data upload services. The objective is to implement a more efficient and user-friendly solution for uploading large volumes of data from Excel into Oracle Fusion. Current processes using Oracle’s native Excel-based upload tools are cumbersome, often requiring multiple files to upload a single object and increasing both effort and complexity.

The vendor will be responsible for delivering tools and services that facilitate mass data uploads into Oracle Fusion for a variety of tasks. These include additions and attachments, transfers, updates to descriptive details, assignments, retiring assets, updating inventory status flags, and enabling attachments during asset transfers to maintain history. The solution should also support mass updates to item information, changes during cycle counts, and extend to other modules such as Locations, Items, Purchase Orders, Requisitions, Agreements, and loading budget data into Oracle Cloud EPM.

Vendors with proven experience in Oracle Fusion data migrations, mass data management, and the development of streamlined, Excel-integrated upload solutions are encouraged to apply.
