An organization in Pennsylvania is seeking consulting services for the upgrade of their Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials application and related databases. The project includes evaluating and implementing an upgrade process, with Oracle administrators handling all technical server, database, and application tasks related to the migration. The consulting services will assess potential cloud-based solutions for integration into the Oracle EBS system, considering their feasibility, benefits, and ability to enhance system performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
The scope of work also involves addressing specific system improvements and user requests identified prior to project initiation, delivering effective solutions for each. The selected consultant must have over ten years of direct experience with Oracle enterprise applications, particularly in implementing, upgrading, and maintaining these systems. Key deliverables include the development of Oracle BI Publisher XML templates for accounts payable checks, purchase orders, ACH and AP payment files, and the replacement of existing depreciation and amortization reports. Other responsibilities will cover support for banking import/export processes, adoption of standard project costing functionalities, resolving fixed asset module configuration issues, and enabling organization-wide email approval workflows.
All questions regarding this project must be submitted by December 17, 2025. The contract will be awarded for a period of one year, and a mandatory pre-proposal telephone conference is scheduled for January 6, 2026.
