(1) Vendor needs to provide oracle EBS financials application and database upgrade consulting services. Oracle administrators will perform all the server administration, database administration tasks and application tasks needed relating to the actual upgrade of the oracle applications. Identify potential cloud–based solutions that can be integrated into Oracle EBS system address the feasibility and benefits of incorporating cloud–based solutions and components within the process. Detail potential cloud services that could enhance performance, scalability, or cost–effectiveness. Resolving other wish list and pain point items with feasible solutions from the agreed upon list of items reviewed prior to the start of the project. Provide a consultant with 10+ years of hands–on experience implementing, upgrading, and maintaining Oracle enterprise applications including oracle. Create Oracle BI Publisher templates in XML for the AP check and purchase order documents and the ACH and AP payments file. Create Oracle BI publisher templates in XML to replace any existing oracle reports such as the depreciation and amortization reports. Assisting with an import and export process for bank activity. Adopt standard functionality within oracle project costing. Improve configuration deficiencies in the fixed asset module functionality. Enabling email approvals system wide.
