(1) Vendor needs to provide Oracle customer cloud service (CCS) implementation services. System implementation, integration, and support services to be included for the CCS implementation. Obtain implementation services and post go-live support. Security and Compliance – Single Sign-On (SSO) and MFA should be utilized wherever able. Migrate the current on-premise Oracle CCB environment to Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS), for a minimum of three environments (Development, Test, and Production). Implementation efforts should also include Data Conversion and Migration, Testing and Quality Assurance, Training and Knowledge Transfer, Operational Readiness, Deployment and Go-live Support, and the implementation of: Lifecycle Manager, Test Accelerator, Oracle Utilities Analytics Visualization (OUAV), and Oracle Utilities Data Intelligence (OUDI). (2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 17, 2026.
