(1) Vendor needs to provide oracle cloud infrastructure upgrade and migration system.– Platform as a Service (PaaS) include management of the Oracle technology stack supporting EBS, such as databases, middleware, integration tools, and related OCI platform services.– Application maintenance services (AMS) covers the technical administration of the oracle EBS application, including environments, patches, customizations, integrations, and technical troubleshooting. – This will include upgrading and migrating integrations between EBS, PROPworks (supporting contract management, billing and accounts receivable), Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management, and various auxiliary applications and reporting tools.– This includes upgrading integrations between EBS, PROPworks, Hexagon EAM and other applications.– Provide business process and module level support for oracle EBS, including configuration assistance, issue resolution, enhancements, and end user support. – Migrating oracle E–business Suite environment currently hosted on–premises to oracle cloud infrastructure (OCI).– Support the cutover to production, including go–live planning and execution.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 06, 2026.
