DESCRIPTION

This Request for Information seeks vendors to provide Oracle applications database administration services. The scope includes modifying current capabilities, software maintenance, sustainment, and modifications, as well as system design and development, system performance and metrics, performance monitoring, database design and development, test and evaluation, and ongoing database maintenance.

In addition, vendors will be responsible for providing training, integration and migration services, risk and configuration management, documentation updates, meeting and helpdesk support, diagnostics, and production support. The services include managing Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) upgrades and supporting cloud environments such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Exadata Cloud Services, and environments related to development, testing, training, reporting, data conversion, staging, production, and disaster recovery. Coordination of operating system, database, WebLogic, application, and other solution component upgrades is also required.
