DESCRIPTION

The government authority in British Columbia requires the provision of an optical metrology tool capable of performing 3D surface imaging and analyses. The system should support automated data acquisition and image stitching for large area analyses, as well as macro programmability to allow for repeated and routine analyses.

The tool must include a benchtop anti-vibration platform or an alternative vibration cancellation system to ensure measurement accuracy. The associated software license should enable installation on multiple computers for offline data analysis, or provide an additional individual license for standalone analysis on a separate PC.

Vendors are expected to submit any questions regarding the RFP no later than June 4, 2026.
