Vendor needs to provide opioid street outreach operation service. Agency is accepting proposals for the operation of Opioid Street Outreach. The selected operator or operators will be responsible for conducting street outreach for individuals who are unsheltered and experiencing Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) or at risk of OUD.
