The State of Michigan is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an integrated fleet management software and on-board camera solution to support its diverse fleet operations. The selected platform must be scalable and capable of managing a mixed fleet of approximately 112 vehicles, offering functionality for maintenance tracking, asset management, vehicle diagnostics, and comprehensive camera systems.

The system should enhance fleet safety, operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. Core requirements include a cloud-based fleet maintenance software and an on-board camera system designed to promote operator accountability, passenger safety, incident documentation, and training. The solution must also ensure robust data security and privacy, protecting video, audio, telematics, and personally identifiable information.

Vendors are expected to deliver a full range of professional services, including project planning, system installation and configuration, data migration, user training, acceptance testing, and ongoing support, to ensure the project's long-term success. The initial contract period will be for one year.
