(1) Vendor needs to provide open payment fare collection system should have a back– office software to manage fare rules and for transaction processing. Details of the overall hardware and software capabilities, screenshots of the software, details and dimensions of the hardware (unit and mounting hardware), demonstration of solution if available, model numbers and data sheets of any hardware to be supplied, network architecture diagrams, other information to support the understanding of the proposed Solution, details of the Solution's security and privacy measures in place to protect and safeguard from unauthorized access, location of the hosted software and associated data and disaster recovery plans, any expectations/requirements of the City's IT group to support a successful deployment, details of the data reporting and analysis features available. (2) A non–mandatory site meeting will be held on February 11, 2026. (3) All question must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026. (4) Vendor have to registered on Issuing Authority website in order to download unwatermarked RFP.
