DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide high-quality video production and audiovisual support services to meet diverse training, informational, and communication objectives. Services include all phases of video production such as script research, the development of creative approaches, treatments, and both draft and final scripts with detailed production breakdowns.

The scope of work also covers the casting of professional talent, preproduction planning, sound stage and location filming, and post-production editorial processes including art, animation, motion graphics, and the creation of Section 508–compliant masters that are closed captioned and audio described. The contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and additional items required to deliver comprehensive video productions or to augment government resources for specific audiovisual projects. This opportunity is set aside for small businesses.
