(1) Vendor needs to provide online training platform. • Agency wishes to procure the service of a third-party to provide an online training platform with the following capabilities: – Provides online training courses. – Allows analysis of training statistics. – Allows edit and customisable course content. – Reflects the agency brand. – Complies with national legislation and updates agency in the event of legislative change. – Allows automatic enrolment and testing facilities for course content. – Sends refresher enrolments. – Allows document sign off and record retention. – Complies with Data protection. – Is compatible with existing Technological Services. The platform must provide access to a range of training programmes such as but not limited to, Mandatory Policy and Good Practice training, Health & Safety training, Equality Diversity & Inclusion, General Data Protection Regulations, Risk Management, Child Protection and Digital skill & Information Technology training. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
