(1) Vendor needs to provide online public engagement platform.– Engagement capability, including one–way feedback (resident to city), two–way feedback (dialogue between city and resident), and open dialogue (residents interacting as well as city).– Reporting and analytics capability– User–generated content and moderation capability.– Geo–tagging capability.– Content management capability.– Migrate all data from the existing system to the newly proposed system.– User management and access control capability.– Security and governance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
