The Manitoba government is seeking a vendor to provide an online public engagement platform designed to enhance communication and interaction between residents and the city. The platform must support various forms of engagement, including one-way feedback from residents to the city, two-way dialogue, and open discussions that allow residents to interact with each other as well as with city representatives.

Key requirements include robust reporting and analytics features, user-generated content and moderation tools, geo-tagging functionality, and comprehensive content management capabilities. The successful vendor will also be responsible for migrating all data from the current system to the new platform and must ensure strong user management, access control, security, and governance protocols are in place.

The contract will be awarded for a period of one year.
