The University seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive online program management solution. This includes ongoing, robust market-demand analysis for both current and prospective online programs, identifying growth opportunities, and conducting detailed audience research to determine market size and demographic profiles for each program.

Responsibilities also encompass designing and implementing comprehensive marketing and advertising campaigns to increase awareness, interest, applications, and enrollments for the online program portfolio. The selected vendor will be expected to develop targeted digital campaigns, messaging, and branding aligned with the University's strategic marketing plan and specific program attributes. In addition, the vendor must provide recruitment services—including paid search and social campaigns, virtual and in-person events, and multi-channel digital marketing—and facilitate the development of partnerships and program pathways with feeder programs.

Additional requirements include supplying software to manage placements, affiliation contracts, and document storage, as well as managing prospective partnerships and related stakeholders such as preceptors, mentors, supervisors, and teachers. The engagement also requires Learning Management System (Canvas) content designers to convert faculty content into online course formats and to advise on producing additional multimedia course content. The solution should leverage LMS course design and content to support program growth and student retention. The contract period will be for three years.
