Real-time monitoring and intervention during exams must occur, with complete session recordings that capture screen activity, video, and audio.

Proposers must ensure detailed incident reporting, timestamped for instructor review, and retain records as required. The contract insists on 24/7 support and exam availability, with clearly established standards for scheduling, cancellations, and connection times to be monitored for compliance. The contract period is three years.
