The contracting entity is seeking a vendor to provide an online teacher planning platform designed for students who struggle with reading, writing, and spelling. This platform should facilitate effective instructional strategies tailored to the needs of these learners.

Additionally, the vendor will deliver professional development and coaching services focused on the official Orton Gillingham method and Morphology. Target participants include Reading Teachers, PK–8 Special Education Teachers, K–12 ENL Teachers, K–8 Teachers, Literacy Coaches, and district-level coaches. Services are aimed at enhancing teacher capacity to implement best practices for literacy instruction within the identified groups.
