(1) Vendor needs to provide online payment solution. • Provide a secure online payment system that streamlines the management, reporting, and accountability of student financial records to include training, technical support and has simplicity of use. • The solution should reduce cash and check transactions while providing receipting, reconciliation, reporting, bank deposit, and internal control functions. • The proposed system shall have an available 24/7 customer service to assist with technical issues. • System must have the ability to handle a large volume of transactions (fees, tuition, charges, sales). • Allow parents and users access to account information for their student to view outstanding balances, make payments and edit contact information. • Provide detection and resolution of fraudulent transactions. • Process points of sale transactions. • Track sale tax received. • Ease in management of district users. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 05, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
