(1) Vendor needs to provide online math intervention software.– Provide an online math intervention software solution, including licensing, implementation, training, and ongoing support for agency.– The solution must be accessible via web browsers on agency devices (Chromebooks, laptops) and integrate with existing systems like Google Classroom or SIS (Student Information System). • Services:– Software Licensing and Access: Provision of user licenses for up to 600 students and 50 staff members at agency with scalable options for future expansion.– Diagnostic and Assessment Tools: Built–in diagnostic tests to identify student skill gaps and generate individualized learning plans.– Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Real–time dashboards, customizable reports, and analytics for student performance, usage, and outcomes.– Integration Services: Seamless integration with agency's Student Information System (SIS), Google Classroom, and other edtech tools.– Implementation and Project Management: Dedicated project manager to oversee setup, configuration, and rollout, including data import from existing assessments.– Training and Professional Development: Initial on–site or virtual training sessions for administrators, teachers, and IT staff ongoing webinars, resources, and a train–the–trainer program.– Technical Support and Maintenance: 24/7 help desk support via phone, email, and chat, regular software updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements included in the subscription.– Documentation and Resources: Comprehensive user manuals, online knowledge base, and video tutorials for end–users.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 26, 2025.(3) Virtual mandatory information session will be held on December 19, 2025.
