Vendor needs to provide online literacy learning program software for Grades K through 12. This program will assess students’ current instructional reading levels, focus on individual instructional levels, and provide essential data and resources that will allow teachers to create supplemental, meaningful learning opportunities for students. Assessments and instructional content shall be aligned to Student Learning Standards English Language Arts Standards for Grades K–12. The program shall have the ability to provide and track Lexile levels for assessment, data reporting, and appropriate academic placement. Content must be available in Spanish and English. Must provide literacy services to teachers. Capable of personalizing content to meet individual student needs. The ability to provide literacy content in an adaptable blended learning environment for students who are two or more years below grade level. The program expectations are to accelerate reading growth to be on grade level with 1–2 years. An interactive format that is friendly for students, teachers, and administrators. Any consumable workbooks, and teacher editions as needed shall accompany the program. The program shall provide cross–curricular content, including literacy interventions, reading inventory, and phonics inventory. Licenses shall be available for a full calendar year, so students and teachers can utilize the program during the summer without the district incurring additional expenses. Reports shall be user–friendly and easy to interpret. Reports shall be customized to show different intervals of time. (ex. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly driven by data), for the purposes of progress monitoring. There shall be an option for data to be archived and accessible for future review inclusive of year–to–year progress. There shall be a minimum of four professional development opportunities in the format of online coaching sessions. Technical support shall be available, and vendor must be responsive.
