Online Legal Research and Legal Technology Solution (Closed)

Must agree to the terms contained in Appendix A
Must have a fully executed software license agreement with the Commonwealth
Must submit a Price List at the time of qualification
Must be registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Vendor Master file
Must complete and return the Lobbying Certification Form and Disclosure of Lobbying Activities Form if required
Must complete and return the Iran Free Procurement Certification form
Must complete and return the Worker Protection and Investment Certification form
Must pay employees no less than $15.00 per hour
Must maintain required insurance coverage including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and umbrella coverage
