Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to provide and integrate a modern online learning content system capable of delivering both cloud-based asynchronous eLearning and virtual live learning experiences. The system must address a diverse range of topics, including leadership and business skills, technology tools, health and safety with legislative compliance, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The required content library should offer a variety of learning modalities such as videos, microlearning, audiobooks, book summaries, and live instructor-led training. Content must be current, reflecting up-to-date business practices and legislative requirements. The selected vendor will be responsible for successful implementation and integration of the eLearning content library within the Town’s existing learning ecosystem.

Comprehensive, end-to-end support is expected, including project planning, technical configuration, content curation, testing and quality assurance, training, and ongoing post-launch assistance. Additional responsibilities include ensuring seamless integration with the Learning Management System and upholding data privacy and security standards.
