(1) Vendor needs to provide online lab booking solution.– Provide a self–service platform for patients, families, clinics, and healthcare providers to efficiently and securely schedule, cancel, or reschedule laboratory appointments.– Agency is seeking a comprehensive Solution that may be delivered as Software–as–a–Service (“SaaS”), on–premises, or through a hybrid model.• Software and Hosting:– License for the online lab booking software– Secure cloud hosting within Canada, with full data backup and disaster recovery– Accessible on web browsers and Android/iOS applications • Core Functional Requirements:– Self–booking and proxy booking (family accounts, clinics, HA staff)–Ability to book/specify type of appointment. Eg blood work vs specimen pick up– Walk–in and scheduled appointment booking at outpatient facilities– Real–time wait time display for booked and walk–in patients– Configurable limits on appointment frequency and advance booking windows– Appointment notifications (confirmation, reminder, cancellation)– QR code–based on–site check–in capability– Ability to book appointments from Lab staff and override the booked appointments– Custom branding per Health Authority– Management of facility schedules, including closures and reallocation of resources– Booking support for multiple time zones(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025.
