The State of Texas is seeking a vendor to deliver an online judicial information security system designed to detect and request the removal of covered information related to judges, their immediate family members residing with them, court clerks, additional court personnel, and judicial branch staff from publicly accessible Internet websites. The system must be capable of identifying online displays of protected information and facilitating prompt removal, ensuring that entities displaying such information cease any further dissemination.
Additionally, the platform should assist in the detection of active threats against affected individuals and provide comprehensive support throughout deployment, including capturing requirements, reviewing prototypes with subject matter experts, and delivering various training resources such as guides, computer-based modules, videos, and webinars. A detailed implementation schedule is required, with the deployment date set no later than 45 business days from the effective date.
The awarded vendor will complete the deployment plan, initiate production support, and propose an approach for ongoing technical and maintenance support, including regular notifications of outages. The resulting contract will have a three-year term.
