Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The client is seeking a vendor to provide an online intervention program solution tailored for K–12 students. The solution must allow students to work independently at their own proficiency level and should include resources that facilitate self-guided learning. It should offer robust tracking features for teachers, enabling them to monitor student progress, generate detailed reports on student growth, and identify areas needing reinforcement.
The platform must support text-to-speech functions and provide age-appropriate content regardless of individual literacy levels. An initial placement or diagnostic assessment is required to enable targeted instruction and practice, with a focus on features such as phonemic awareness and phonics activities. Vendors are expected to continually update materials and software at no additional cost and should disclose the frequency of updates.
Integration capabilities are essential, including interoperability with student information systems, automated nightly data imports, and daily synchronization with district systems. The solution must support role-based access for district and school personnel and be accessible on home computers and various devices. Progress monitoring and participation tracking features are also required. The initial contract period will be one year.
