A Texas-based organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide ongoing maintenance and support services for its online information technology software system. This system facilitates intrastate and interstate registration for commercial carriers, as well as registrations for various trailer classes and forestry operations.
The selected contractor will be responsible for correcting or replacing defective system software and resolving programming errors within defined timeframes. Responsibilities include software maintenance and updates, addressing configuration changes to resolve operational issues, and compiling maintenance fixes into new system releases for approval and deployment on a quarterly basis or as directed.
Additionally, the contractor will provide monthly system status reports upon request and deliver service level management performance reports. These reports will monitor system uptime, incident resolution times by severity, system performance metrics, first contact resolution rates, user satisfaction measures, support period dates, updates made, maintenance tasks completed, support calls handled, and programming errors fixed. The goal is to ensure the smooth operation and high availability of the registration system through comprehensive and proactive support.
