(1) Vendor needs to provide online engagement website and software.– Vendor developing, maintaining, and providing support for a cloud–based online community engagement website and application software platform that allows agency to share and collect information about programs and projects and provide a forum for the general public• Capacity to develop Project Information pages with the following abilities or attributes– To be used by non–technical staff and require little training for use.– Create an unlimited number of project pages and establish project site organization under program umbrellas.– Have a centralized engagement homepage containing search functionality providing project or program access and information in an organized way.– Allow captioning and language translation, including Spanish and Mandarin, at a minimum.– Easily transfer, copy, or otherwise duplicate page content for the creation of similar pages• Public Engagement Tools with the following abilities– Ability to adapt in real time to screen size of the user (i.e. changes appearance to keep fonts legible whether viewing on a computer monitor or a cellular or smart device).– Ability to allow users to sign up to receive alerts about projects of their choosing.– Drag and drop interactive engagement tools(2) The contract period will be for three years.
