The state of Colorado is seeking information from vendors regarding an online Educator Performance Management System. The desired system should facilitate comprehensive management of educator evaluations, incorporating electronic interfaces and data collection tools that align with state model evaluation rubrics, measures of student learning and outcomes, and final effectiveness ratings. The platform should generate aggregate reports to support principals, evaluators, and district leaders in delivering actionable feedback to educators.
Key features include support for localized approaches and differences, options for development plans and self-evaluation tools with customizable workflows, drill-down data access, and granular permissions for various user roles. The system should allow creation and printing of customizable forms, reports, and screenshots, as well as provide charting features for longitudinal analysis of professional practice ratings and point-based ratings. Superintendents require the ability to filter analytical charts by year, school, and evaluator, while an assigned user role should be able to view all educators across multiple schools and rubrics.
Additional requirements include online reporting capabilities at the educator, school, district, and state levels, the ability for districts to configure date ranges for evaluation activities, and features to import academic achievement data via batch uploads or web services from schools and districts. The platform should present evaluation activities in a user-friendly format and support the visualization of self-assessment results alongside evaluator assessments.
