A vendor is sought to provide an online data management, analytics, and assessment system for students in grades PreK–12. The system will be utilized during the 2026–2027 school year and must include tools for warehousing assessment data from any platform, as well as facilitation of assessment creation and administration across all grade levels and subjects.

Results should be collected in customizable templates, with robust analysis dashboards and reporting capabilities. The system should support attendance and grades analytics, and feature the ability to create an Early Warning System to identify at-risk students. Professional development training for staff accompanying implementation is also required.
