The vendor will be responsible for providing a branded software solution tailored to the agency's specifications. Key responsibilities include project management, offering comprehensive training, data migration solutions, and ensuring that performance requirements are met.

The selected vendor will lead the deployment process from initial planning through go-live, including business process assessments, configuration planning and implementation, system configuration, data conversion, hardware setup, launch readiness, go-live, and post-launch support. Essential features for the platform include automated and reliable analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data, robust reporting capabilities with options for data disaggregation and cross-tabulation, multi-language support, digital accessibility, flexible integration with other digital systems, mobile-friendly access, and the ability to consolidate and analyze data from in-person engagement activities. Additionally, the platform should offer flexible display options for visuals and videos to improve community understanding of key issues.

The contract period for this engagement will be one year.
