Key features should include employee enrollment support, customer service, the ability to schedule facility tours, instant messaging, and enrollment capabilities. Users must be able to browse and reserve care from any device, with weekly or as-needed payment receipts provided. The platform should offer employer access to aggregate usage data for reporting purposes, manage employee eligibility and verification, as well as facilitate employee discounts. Vendors will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, screening, and conducting background checks for their staff, and should also manage care stipends or provide cost-sharing options. The contract period is set for one year.
