Seeking vendor to provide an online bookstore and marketplace portal with faculty adoption tools, student purchase tracking, and integrated reporting for seven Texas colleges.
(1) Vendor needs to provide online bookstore and marketplace portal.– Portal should notify faculty when textbook are adopted on their behalf, send communication to faculty to confirm the adoptions they have submitted and allow administrators to send communication reminders to faculty to complete the adoption process.– Portal shall allow faculty to submit their art supplies and materials list or non–text materials, just like textbook adoptions are submitted in the portal.– Portal shall provide the faculty with a space to add notes during the textbook adoption process.– Manage the course material adoption process, communicate on time with faculty, and enable them to load, maintain, and modify course information and required materials for courses offered by the seven colleges and included in the portal.– Portal shall have the ability to allow a user to begin an adoption and log off without losing information, to preview the adoption before submission, and to notify the user before final approval.– Create and support a voucher or charging system that allows student groups, identified by the colleges.– Store's comprehensive inventory encompasses a diverse selection of professional and academic merchandise.– Provide high–quality customer service during peak season and throughout the semesters.– Real–time and routine reporting on book buy–back from each semester.– Tool should provide reports on all vouchers created for each student per semester from all seven colleges.– Faculty adoption tool.– Track student purchases and send reminders.– Accept credit, debit, vouchers, financial aid.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 7,2025.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 4,2025.
