This RFP seeks a vendor to provide an online assessment platform to support staffing processes for up to 550 users. The platform should operate with subscription-based licenses and offer interfaces in both Canadian English and Canadian French. A user management system and administrative control panel must facilitate role-based access for an unlimited number of privileged users, ensure secure identification and authentication, and allow management of individual staffing processes including access control.

The solution should enable customization by the contractor and deliver functionality for administering assessment-related products and services. Required features include pre-recorded video interviewing, skills testing, automated reference testing, and assessment scheduling. The platform must support uploading and downloading candidate information and assessment materials individually or in bulk, customizing content and templates, automating task communications such as invitations and reminders, and performing all administrative functions needed for each staffing process.

The contract period for this engagement will be one year.
