The agency is seeking a vendor to implement OneStream software solutions for financial consolidation and closeout, replacing legacy tools and Access databases. The selected vendor will be responsible for aligning OneStream configuration with agency requirements, including financial closeout, payroll management, financial reconciliation and reporting for open commitments, obligations, and unliquidated obligations.
Integration with existing agency transactional systems and data lakes is required to automate business functions within OneStream, including data validation, transformation, and mapping. Vendors must ensure system adoption through tailored knowledge transfer to federal staff and maintain a system security posture compliant with federal standards.
The project also involves guided and narrative reporting for key financial and accounting submissions to the agency, and requires program and project management for an agile implementation. Specialized configuration and ongoing support will be necessary to meet agency needs and ensure effective transition from the legacy systems.
Best-fit vendors:
• Experience implementing OneStream solutions for federal or large public sector clients
• Expertise in financial management systems and payroll integration
• Strong background in data migration, validation, and system integration
• Familiarity with federal information security standards and compliance
• Capability to deliver agile project management and tailored training for client adoption
