The organization seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive One Touch Support System. The project will involve agile software delivery support to agile release teams, and oversight from a government product owner and scrum master. Service requirements include software engineering and development with functional analysis support, cybersecurity support, mentoring and knowledge transfer, and transition support.

Vendors should demonstrate strong technical expertise in Java web development (including Java Spring Framework, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS), web services, APIs, and IBM MQ Series. Experience with secure FTP scripting, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards (ASC Xl2/DLMSO), XML, JSON, object-oriented programming, data modeling, secure coding, and web application environments is essential. Familiarity with Eclipse IDE, Oracle SQL Developer, Oracle 12c, cloud computing (Amazon AWS), software containerization and orchestration, and relevant tools like Jupiter/Advana is expected.

Additional requirements include technical knowledge of DLMS Xl2 transaction formats, XML, and proficiency with MS Azure DevOps, Git, and Microsoft Office applications. Working experience as an agile team member in Agile projects is necessary.
