A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive on-vehicle advertising services. The contractor will manage a commercial advertising program that permits the use of specific interior and exterior spaces on transit vehicles for purposes including commercial advertising, communications, corporate partnerships, media trades, and public service messaging, all in accordance with existing advertising policies.

The selected contractor will be responsible for all stages of the advertising lifecycle, including sales, supporting advertisers, ensuring content complies with policy, coordinating production, handling installation and removal, maintaining records, invoicing, revenue collection, reconciliation, and providing audit support. The contract period will be for one year. Questions must be submitted by March 9, 2026.
