Vendor needs to provide on–hold messaging system. Provide customized on–hold script messaging for all general phone numbers across our organization. Integrate its on–hold messaging solution with existing phone system infrastructure and ensure full compatibility across all designated general phone numbers within the organization. Solution must function reliably within the current environment and align with technical and security standards. Develop, manage, and deliver customized on–hold audio messaging tailored to requirements. Messaging shall be professionally produced and configurable to support organizational communications, announcements, and informational content as directed by agency. Ability to utilize internal tone identifiers configurable by country or system settings. Capability to connect external analog audio devices (e.g. CD/DVD Player, smartphone, or dedicated audio device) via an SSC music port. Integrated Media Server for generation of audio tones and MOH, establishment of payload paths, payload encryption, and audio–conferencing capabilities.
