DESCRIPTION

A government authority in British Columbia seeks a vendor to provide on-demand printing services. The contractor will be responsible for receiving print orders via an order processing system and managing all aspects of printing, binding, finishing, proofing, packaging, and shipment of publications.

Additional tasks include content creation, making editorial changes, modifying files, and implementing and maintaining an order processing system. The vendor must also design, configure, host, secure, maintain, and operate APIs or other interfaces necessary to manage print orders, as well as promptly communicate any issues that may impact project timelines or completion.

Customer service responsibilities are also required, such as handling proof requests, initiating print orders, addressing order, shipment, production, and delivery issues, and managing rush requests. The contract will cover an initial three-year period.
